Amplitude 100 microns
The waveguide oscillation amplitude is 100 microns, which allows you to obtain unattainable results in seconds.
Acceleration hundreds of times
Acceleration of chemical processes by hundreds and thousands of times. Save time and reduce costs.
Particle size up to 10 nm
Obtaining the quality of the final product, previously unattainable by traditional mechanical methods.
The ultrasonic homogenizer and generator are made according to a special feedback circuit, which automatically adjusts and optimizes the output power to the density and viscosity of the liquid being processed. The greater the density and viscosity, the more power is transferred to the liquid. For maximum effective dispersion, it is recommended to process a solution with a volume of up to 300 ml in a container with a diameter of 50-70 mm.
The homogenizer control is intuitive and is carried out from the generator’s touch screen. There is a duplicate start/stop button on the homogenizer body.
The key difference between our ultrasonic homogenizers is the waveguide oscillation amplitude of 100 microns. Only thanks high amplitude it is possible to get over results in seconds. For example, obtain particle sizes in emulsions of up to 10 nanometers.
Your benefits
You will create a product with characteristics unattainable by other processing methods. The quality and efficiency of your products cannot be copied while maintaining the same price. Typically, such technologies are kept in the strictest confidence, and even we, as manufacturers, often sign a non-disclosure document, to whom and for what production needs the equipment was manufactured.
More speed
Acceleration of chemical reactions hundreds of times due to cavitation and acoustic flows
Time saving
Reducing the time of technological processes at times
New quality
Obtaining the quality of the finished product unattainable by traditional methods
Cost reduction
Low power consumption of ultrasonic equipment significantly reduces costs
Beyond the possibilities
Intermolecular mixing of liquids that are not otherwise miscible
Ease of implementation
Easily integrated into the current process
